Corn and Spinach Salad

Rachel Ray's Corny Salad turned out to be a really great side salad for my baked potato and chili dinner I made. Try it :)

It's funny you mentioned baked potato and vegetarian chili, today. 'Cause that's EXACTLY what I made for dinner, tonight. Next time I'll have to try the corny salad :)
