Vegetarian Times

A friend of mine recently recommended the Vegetarian Times Magazine to me. She is not strictly vegetarian but her family only eats meat moderately and she uses this magazine a lot to fill their tummies with mostly vegetarian meals. I was taking a look around at the website and found this article that I thought was positive and motivating. It's a brief explanation of some of the reasons and benefits of going veg.
