Introducing.....

My friend and mentor Ronda Loveridge.

Ronda is the co-author of this blog. She is the backbone of the whole thing and with out her we wouldn't have much to write about. Please take the time to read her testimony under "The Fruit" page (scroll down until you see her face). Let it move you. Let it inspire you. We'll help you make the changes you want to make. So what if you want to cut meat out of one meal a day or just add one vegetarian meal a month...we think that's great! We want to give you the tools, the knowledge, the tips and tricks you need to make this work for you and for your family. And if you are already there. YAY! We admire you and we hope you'll join us in supporting anyone who joins the party here at The Vegetarian Tree. We encourage you to take a little time and document your story/testimony (if you haven't already) and share it with all of us! Send your testimony to thevegetariantree@gmail.com (attach a picture too if you want) and we'll put it up on "The Fruit" page!

My thanks to Ronda for taking the time to write such a beautiful and meaningful testimony. I was so touched and motivated by it. Welcome Ronda and I CANNOT WAIT to read your first food post!

Not sure when you girls find the time to do all this but something must drive you-I am excited to read this blog in more detail-it includes the spiritual side that I can really use in my life right now. And I love some good recipes-I think this is what I have been looking for. Thank you for being so inspired.
