Meal Ideas

I love reading recipe/food blogs just to get ideas. One of my FAV recipe blogs from my pre-vegetarian days is "For the Love of Cooking". It's an awesome blog! I recommend it to anyone looking for a variety of great recipes. There are many vegetarian recipes on her blog but you do have to look for them and sometimes get creative in adapting them. She just posted a recipe for soup that looks great, I haven't tried it yet but I thought I'd let you know it was out there. *It calls for chicken broth, but you can just substitute vegetable broth and it's a vegetarian meal!
