Stir Fry Sesame Noddles with Vegetables

I Love Love LOVE Asian food! I loved it before I was a vegetarian and I still love it. The flavors work so well with all vegetables that you don't miss the meat at all.

I love THIS recipe from For the Love of Cooking (one of my favorite food blogs). It's so easy and so simple. It is easily adaptable for vegans as well (just use your favorite sugar substitute - that's it). This was originally posted as a side dish, but it is wonderful with a healthy variety of stir fried vegetables as well. Serve with an Asian green salad and your in for a real treat!
