Crispy Cauliflower
Original Recipe HERE

1 head of cauliflower
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil to taste

1. Preheat oven to 450ยบ. Drizzle some olive oil on a sheet pan and let it heat up in your oven as it preheats.
2. As your oven and pan are heating. Trim your head of cauliflower into pieces. If you cut the florets in half so they have one flat edge it helps them get even more crispy and yummy - but there is really no wrong way to do it.
3. Throw the prepared cauliflower onto the hot sheet pan - listen to it sizzle - and roast for about 25 minutes, tossing about half way through.
4. Once the cauliflower is caramelized and crispy and looking delicious, remove from the oven and sprinkle on some salt and pepper. Serve immediately!

One night I popped a bunch of this cauliflower in a bowl and ate it like popcorn while reading The Hunger Games...it was awesome!
